Hi everyone, is it always easy to link a réalistic performance threw a SMART objectif to a value ? for example, be able to say that a better turnover is link to this or that in the value aréa ?
Kate Ross
55:10
@Bridget Austin - yes! Great find. It’s a good retelling of the story.
Colin Smith
58:08
Hi Jean, we ask our employees to link the 'relevant' aspect of their SMART objectives to the values, thus tying the goal to the values in that way.
Bridget Austin

How to you train your line mangers to coach and mentor for performance using values?
Brian Cracknell
01:00:23
Hi Everyone. It may be easier to embed and demonstrate values in organisations like Dermalogica and especially Unilever, which started out with a social purpose.. What about re-establishing values, or introducing them, in industries and companies where the prevailing culture may be resistant, or even hostile to, values?
Dave Otter

@Lee : Do you ask employees about the right behaviour linked to value or do you give to them ?
Anna Sheard
01:07:02
Hi Brian, It is an area we looked at in the research and really happy to have a chat about where companies have experienced challenges around embedding values if that's helpful. Thanks, Anna
Brian Cracknell
01:11:03
Yes, would be happy to chat about it further.

01:11:25
How do you valorized a value as "Customer Focus" that we see in every company since many years for example ?
Anna Sheard
01:11:40
We found more companies moving to values led recruitment practices to broaden talent pools and increase retention rates because people are recruited who have an affinity with the company values.
Nina Madden
